Modernism Week 2025 Activity Form

Submission Information

Once uploaded, we will build a ticketing page and ticket to be reviewed and approved prior to going live on our website.
Important Dates: Modernism Week 2025 — 20th Anniversary
  • Modernism Week 2025 — 20th Anniversary will be held February 13-23, 2025.
  • New activity proposals will be accepted for review until September 1, 2024.
  • Once approved, activity details must be uploaded to Modernism Week by September 15, 2024.
  • Preview week begins October 25; tickets go on sale November 1, 2024.
General Information
An address must be the full street address, including the zip code. We are unable to accept intersections as an address. We are only able to accept numbered addresses.
If you request the address to be hidden on the ticketing page, the check-in location or activity address will only be provided to guests once a ticket it purchased
Enter a short activity description for our main page and media use. Description must be 200 characters or less and use a single space between sentences
Hit return twice to create a paragraph break. Italicize book, magazine, song, and movie titles. Please use single spaces between sentences.

Images

  • Individual photos must be less than 2 MB. If a photo is larger than 2 MB, the form won’t be able to be submitted.
  • You may submit up to six images
  • Your photos must be landscape-oriented. Portrait images will not be published. The optimum dimensions are 960 pixels wide by 540 pixels high.
